What's included on each plan
The actual numbers — bookings, services, photos, fees — and what happens when a trial ends.
Three plans. The free one is free permanently — it isn't a trial that expires into nothing.

Paying yearly costs ten months rather than twelve — $200 a year for Pro, $390 for Studio.
Trials
Every new account starts with a 14-day Pro trial. No card, and when it ends you move to the free plan rather than losing access. Separately, there's a one-time 14-day Studio trial you can start yourself from Settings → Payments & Billing if you want to try galleries.
What happens at a limit
- Bookings — clients see a message saying you aren't currently taking bookings. Nothing you've already got is affected.
- Services — you're told the cap and offered an upgrade. Existing services keep working.
- Portfolio photos — the add button disappears once you're at the cap.
Nothing is deleted when a plan ends or a trial lapses. Your bookings, clients, contracts and invoices all stay. What changes is what you can add and what fee applies.
Common questions
Is the free plan really free forever?
Yes. It's capped, and it carries a 3% platform fee on payments, but there's no clock on it and no card required.
What is the platform fee charged on?
Client payments taken through Sign&Shoot — deposits and invoices. It's deducted at the moment of payment. Pro and Studio pay nothing. Stripe's own processing fees are separate and always apply.
Can I cancel whenever?
Yes, from Settings → Payments & Billing. You can also pause instead, which is offered during the cancel flow.
